Well I filled it out as so, but now I wondering if I may have messed up. I was looking at the NOA and noticed they had her name for petitioner and beneficiary. Is this normal for everyone else? In the 751 form the way it worded, it seems like I was supposed to put her name in the petitioner section and my name as the spouse. right? If I did messed up, what can I do now? Thanks in advance

Good morning, I received my SSN after applying for OPT. My SSN states "ssn valid only with dhs authorization". Now that I am in AOS to become LPR, is there a way I can get a new SSN without this tag. Thanks in advance.

Please help, I filed k3 application to bring my wife from Vietnam to the US. My wife went to the interview at the embassy in Vietnam and was told to submit more documents. 2 months later, they called my wife and I on the phone at the same time to do the interview. A week later my wife received a denial letter saying they don't believe our relationship is real. I guess I answered one of the questions wrong because I misunderstood the question and I'm not that influenced in Vietnamese. Now with a denial letter for k3, what should I do now? Anyone been in my situation before? Please help me

So we finally got our interview rescheduled. Initially we were supposed to go in April, now they contacted us last second to come in 9 days. Since the paperwork says A completed medical examination I-693 (unless already submitted) I thought nothing of it but now I m worried we ll have to do it again. My husband had his medical examination on April 1 2019, we married in June 2019 and filed the paperwork July 21 2019. Are we in the clear or is this going to cause problems?
