US Immigration from Vietnam

I'm a military spouse and currently stationed in Germany. I got my conditional green card on October 2023 then I joined my husband in Germany on Jan 2024. On Aug 19, 2024, I filed N400 under 319(b) and mailed it to Chicago Lockbox.

60 business days passed and I didn't receive any receipt of notice. So I contacted them and luckily got my case number. I immediately emailed Fairfax office (WASNN400.OVERSEAS@DHS.GOV) to transfer my case to their office, however, I haven't received any response from them. I contacted USCIS contact line couples of time asking about transferring my case to Fairfax office. All of agents I talked to insist that I must send a letter of transfer request directly to Fairfax office. After I mentioned that I included a cover letter of transfer request in my application, they told me to wait =.=.

For some reason, it took USCIS 4 months to send out my receipt after I made at least 10 phone calls and 5 e-requests of non-delivery of receipt. I recently received my receipt of notice in Jan 2025 and noticed that it was issued by NBC at Kansas even though I included request of transferring my case to Fairfax office.

My ROC window is opened in July 2025 and if I don't get scheduled for interview by then, I must file for I-751.

My spouse and I are planning to move back to the states as soon as I get my citizenship. The longer we stay in Germany, the worse it hurts our finance because I couldn't get a job in base due to not being a US citizen.

I appreciate a lot if anyone can come up with any solutions to deal with this. It's such a big hassle when I must drive to base after 1500 just to make a phone call to USCIS.

I recently did a FOIA request regarding my (now) spouses vaccination record, as she was not given anything back at her POE in Newark. I filed on her behalf in Mid November and we got a response the day after Christmas. Yesterday I got an email saying there had been an update to the claim/case number. I logged into the first.uscis account and everything had been purged. Following this, today I received an additional email. I am attaching a screenshot. This strikes me as a bit odd. Also, how do I respond? Do I reply to the email? I am not certain what they are even referring to as far as the ENTIRE set of records. Has anyone seen anything like this?

He Entered to JFK Oct-18 , Got married at the courthouse Nov-7 , wedding Nov-24 , submit Only I-485 (not all the other forms) on Dec-4 To Chicago lock box "elgin, IL 60124-7700" so confused about where to send the package ( for me anyway), today Dec-11 the check cashed.

I (US citizen) petitioned my mom and dad by filing I-130 in 2023 and finally my mom I-130 application got approved but my dad application has not approved yet.

I am started preparing I-864 for my mom first and I have some questions to ask for I-864. I have red instruction form few times and I still confused.

I only started working this year and my current income to date is near 75K. I had no income in 2023 and 2022 but my husband and myself filed tax married jointly during those years (his incomes are higher than threshold limit).

1. My first question is do I need my husband to do joint sponsor for my mom meaning that he will file I-864A form?

2. Part 3) There is one question that confused me. Question 2 is the one that confused me I am sponsoring the following family members immigrating at the same time or within 6 months of principal immigrating in part 2 (do not include any relative listed on separate visa petition) . My dad will or might fly on same day with my mom but since it is two separate visa petitions and not dependent, I would not checked this box for question 2?

3) Part6) questions 24a,b,c for total income for the last three years. Since we filed 1040 tax form, we would need to provide total income not AGI, is this correct?
