I did a live chat today to check on service center and I asked if background checks have been done and was told they can't legally tell me that??

I'm pretty sure i read on VJ others receiving that information?

I could be mistaken but im sure i read that.

What information CAN they say?

Hi all,

Hope you find this post well with all the pandemic and uscis things.

I am filling up I130 form online to sponsor my mom. I'm confused here that I have been just married once with my current spouse and the form asks "When did your last marriage end?"

What should I answer here?

Dealing With a Name With a Space Instead of Hyphen

This is more related to my (the USC) work currently. I added my husband to my health insurance but since his name is OO OOO rather than OO-OOO it made the second half his middle name (even though I typed it in the correct box). We ve had this problem on and off throughout immigration so it s getting exhausting having to call someone to fix it every time. Has anyone else had experience with this? Is it possible to use a hyphen just to avoid this situation or would it be easier in the long run to figure out how to legally switch his name to without the space? His credit report actually took the space out entirely even though he applied with the way his name is legally written.

Question about I-134

I'm kind of confused as to what I should fill in regarding my income. This year (2020), not only did I change jobs but got a raise at my old job, so my tax transcript for tax year 2019 won't reflect that. So when I fill in my income, do I put in my new salary as quoted in my employment letter, or should I fill in the amount as reflected in my 2019 tax transcript.

Also, it asks for value of personal property, I added the value of my car as an estimate, but I don't have any supporting documents - should I leave that blank?

Finally, I've been told that I need a bank statement showing when I opened an account, the total deposited for the past year and the present balance signed by a bank officer. First, is this necessary? If so, can I simply ask my bank teller to obtain that information and sign it?

Thanks for any clarification you can provide.
