US Immigration from Vietnam

I'm just curious about what countries are considered to be high fraud. I'm going through the process now with my Vietnamese wife and I assume it's considered one because of the issues a few years back that I just found out. What are some other ones?

Me and my wife just got married, and we have obtained a certificate of marriage from the state Massachusetts.

My wife currently has a 10 years green card and she is filing the N400 form now, hopefully she can get neutralized this year.

Should we file a petition now or should we wait for my wife to obtain her citizenship?

We filed our N-400 on Oct 18, 2020 in San Jose, CA and just took the oath on Jan 14, 2022. Almost 15 months but we are finally done with USCIS after 4 years! Best of luck to all those still waiting.

I sponsor my wife from Vietnam to USA

I paid $220 for her green card after having visa in august 2020

Her mother got sick therefore i asking uscis office to extend her 6 more months to stay in Vietnam after her visa expires

The pandemic happened heavily and uscis temporary closed office in Vietnam a few months

I wrote a letter asking uscis allow my wife to USA because she get depressed after her mother passed away

Finally we see each other at USA on December 2020 and she got ssn card 3 weeks later
i am worry because she not received green card yet

I go to uscis website to see status of my spouse green card and it show the receipt only. Please help me because she need green card

to apply for job
