US Immigration from United Kingdom

Hello folks. Last week, my old apartment manager called me and told me, last week 2 investigators came and ask about my wife and me. They provided my and my wife s pictures and some personal informations and asked couple of more questions to the manager. Because of security purposes, my manager told me she has never given any informations, even she knows or doesn t know about us... I moved that apartment about 2 months ago and at the same time I applied to N400 with waiting I-751. I got N400 confirmation papers to my new address and my online web page has with updated address as well, so my attorney also confirmed that he updated my address 2 months ago.

is there any advice what I need to do or should I have any concern about my case?

HI everyone, maybe I am overthinking this paperwork but I would love some thoughts.

Both my fianc and I worked at summer camp where we stayed for 3-6 months at a time.

Do we need to list this as our physical address each time that we worked at camp because we did live on property for months or could we use our home (parents) addresses?

I ask because we will have almost 4 pages of physical addresses which seems excessive.

Example for mine:

1. school address (apartment)

2. camp address or parents address (in this gap I lived at both home and camp- do I need to put both home and camp?)

3. school address (apartment)

4. camp address or parents address

5. school address (student housing)

6. camp address or parents address

7. school address (student housing)

8. parents address (when I lived at home before college)

His:

1. Home address in home country

2. camp address (seems more logical to list his at camp)

3. Home address in home country

4. camp address

Hello.

My husband and I will celebrate our 4th anniversary this month. He moved from the UK to the US via a K1 Visa. We went through the wait of getting the 2 year green card a few years ago and in November of last year (2019)we applied for the 10 year green card. A year's wait and we just received notice that we will be receiving a notice that requests additional evidence.

Feeling surprised and anxious. We haven't received specifics yet as they have 2 more weeks to give them.

Hello everybody,

I have been approved my CR1 visa today so I am really happy about it. However, there is a lockdown starting tomorrow here in the UK, so I am not sure if I will be able to leave the country once I received my passport. I asked today to the consular office who interviewed me and he mentioned that as far as he is concerned, I can enter the USA with no problem, but in terms of leaving the UK I would have to contact the UK government.

I contacted the travel advice team and their answer is that it applies to British nationals (which I am not, as I am Spanish) and that they cannot tailor an answer for my question, just follow the guidelines given and read the travel restrictions, very annoying!

My next step will be to contact the Spanish Embassy here in the UK and see if I can get an answer...maybe I cannot travel to the US but they allow me to travel back to my home country

Has anyone got any information about travelling internationally from the UK to the US using the CR1 visa? Did anyone successfully travel and use the CR1 visa during the first lockdown back in March?

I appreciate any information that anyone can provide, all I want is to be reunited to my husband asap!!!!
