US Immigration from United Kingdom

I'm pretty sure this has been asked a few times but for some reason I'm having difficulties on my laptop with searching, who knows why! I have been engaged for two years this July and we only just recently filed our K-1 (meant to file like a year+ ago but things happened that prevented us annoyingly!), we also discussed getting married on my ESTA and doing AoS when I was there a couple of months ago but there was a lot we didn't want to risk (even though we didn't intend on it AT ALL in the first place), anyway... we got our NOA1 in October pretty quickly after USCIS got our payment and received the package itself. I think daily about whether or not we should just get married when he visits next and we file for the spousal visa. I am fully aware of the pros of the CR1 as I spent so much time trying to decide which visa to file in the first place buuuuuut, the main thing was always the time separated - but this seems pretty irrelevant now. Of course the CR1 is far superior in pretty much every expect but I can't help but ask myself, 'what if our K-1 does get approved sooner than a CR1 would as we've already filed?'. It's hard because I know CR1s aren't being neglected whereas K-1s are at my embassy. It's just that 'what-if' feeling. I guess I'm looking for some personal opinions or even people who are having the same thoughts. I also think when Biden takes office and starts to discuss any potential immigration plans/changes/mess arounds, this might help us make a decision.

Hi everyone! I am the beneficiary from UK and we have just sent off the I-129f. Does having an only fans account affect getting a k1 visa? (Only fans is similar to web cam modelling except it s just pics) I don t do anything that s considered p*rnography on there at all, I just post only bikini type pictures. But will having one make them raise questions? (And I am aware when I go to America I have to stop working on there of course. I m just wondering if having an Only fans will affect anything) thank you

Hi! Has anyone received a waiver on they I-693 for the varicella vaccine because they already had chicken pox? In the UK most people have chicken pox as a child, and the fact I had it is noted in my child health records (of which I have a scan copy). I had my medical examination today and the civil surgeon wasn't sure what to do. I was wondering if anyone had a waiver for this, and if so how it was noted on the I-693, or have people who had chicken pox just had the varicella vaccine again anyway?

Hi all,

We just had my husband's AOS interview today after his arrival on a k1 visa Nov 2019. The officer stated he could have approved us but his Medical was missing. It seems the unsealed packet he surrendered at POA to customs in Dublin never made it to the US. He said he would need another medical unless he can get the records from the k1 Medical.

Question- has anyone ever been able to get another copy over a year later? We don't want to pay $$$ for another Medical if it's possible.

Hi all, just wondering if anyone else here has sent off their response to an RFIE recently, and if so how you formatted/what you included on the cover letter? I received an RFIE for the I-944 and have completed the form and compiled all of the supporting documentation, but before I send it off I would like some confirmation on how to word the cover letter. Bellow is my cover letter, any advice is welcome!
