Silly question, but when you visit your VF timeline estimates, does the estimate show when your next notice of action will be (e.g NO2 for me) or when they predict you will get your final visa response?

I have my interview in 10 days, for affidavit of support my fianc e is at Business School so we can't use her job for that, however she does have some assets (some inheritance money, 401k, IRAs) which total to be about $250k+. Does anyone have any idea if this would be enough to show she has the funds available to sponsor me? Or would we still need to get an employed relative to be a co-sponsor (which isn't a problem, we simply thought about going with the former because we already have that information on hand)? I ve seen some previous mentions of this type of question but not much detail on wording or what type of letter...we re at NVC stage proving to re-establish domicile. USC Currently living in the U.K. with my family. We will be living with my USC father upon arrival and he is writing up a letter to confirm this. Could anyone help in terms of the type of wording we will need to use? Can it be just like a statement signed by him or does it need to be like a lease agreement? Many thanks

Hi guys,

I have finally received my I-130 receipt notice, I have since tried to update my VJ Timeline, however I am met with an error saying that the dates are entered incorrectly, which they are not.

It seems to suggest that the difference between my sent date and the receipt date is longer than the eight weeks the timeline allows, this is in fact the case due to the COVID delays in Texas lockbox.

how could I get around this?
