Hi everyone, What happens when two years go by since the couple have met? I have an expired K1 and have not seen my fiance for a year and 4 months. Long story short, he moved to the US to settle down and I was supposed to finish my visa process and move a bit later. Long story short, a few weeks after receiving the visa, there was a travel ban put in place that still affects me so the K1 process in London is suspended. What if it takes 8 more months of this? Does this rule apply to those who are submitting the petition, or for those who are trying to get their visas reissued, as well? It's a unique situation and there ay be backlogs and lack of processes when dealing with crisis situation like pandemic, but K1 visas have been reissued in the past (if a person could prove they could not travel), and I was wondering if anyone has read anything or had any experience with this. Thank you! Admins, sorry if this is the wrong place to post it, I know the question is about the pandemic but it's very specific and K1 related. Feel free to move it if my call was wrong.

Im not panicking, but i got to the stage where im not thinking 100% clearly so any help would be welcome. What we have - interview letter finances - utility bill in both names, mobile phone bill jointly, pet vaccination record with both names listed as pets owner, basic cover / account page of health insurance coverage, joint auto insurance policy, joint bank accounts going over 12 months but only printed since last Jan, May, Sept and current to save paper. Joint lease, spouses pay stubs, joint tax return. certififcates etc - birth cert (both), marriage cert, copy of 3025 (they have original via K1 process), police cert, i-94 print out bonafides - photos spanning our relationship with friends and family, we dont have any recent pics outside our wedding as we genuinely havent done anything or seen anyone to take a photo with due to covid. Print out of chat logs that we use to communicate with on the daily basis, general xmas cards to us jointly from family Is there anything obvious missing or need more evidence, i feel like its enough, but i just wanted some reassurance that we have all we need. thanks in advance !

Hey guys, so I emigrated here in March and I m missing a lot of English food, specifically British cheddar cheese. I know Publix has a U.K. section and sometimes has some cheeses and I ve also found cheese in Aldi and Lidl but I was wondering if there s any other stores that sell English foods? We re taking a trip soon to somewhere which has a lot more stores so looking to visit any that might have this. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, happy new year. I have my interview in about 3 weeks and would need to register for the courier service for me to obtain my passport back on time etc. When registering it is asking me for my case number which is fine but also my DS260 confirmation number. I believe this was given to me when submitted the DS260 application. Unfortunately I cant seem to find this number anywhere and I think it is only given at that time when submitting. Can anyone advise on how to obtain this number? It would be much appreciated. Thanks,

Good evening, can someone please offer any advice for our situation, our details are: US Citizen - F UK Citizen - M Married six years living in the UK - US wife has IRL Want to relocate now back to the US (West Coast) One of the questions I have is around our children, we have three adopted children (under six year old), we assumed that like biological children our adopted children would gain dual citizenship through my wife however we have read conflicting information on this and I wanted to see if anyone on here had gone through this? I have read that we will need to apply for I130 for each of them (at 600 a time each) is that right? Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.
