RFE - US citizen proof + relationship proof

We got a RFE for proof of petioner's US citizen proof, despite us sending a scanned copy of his birth certificate front and back ...
We are confused by this but we are assuming maybe it wasn't clear enough or something ?

We are going to send a copy of his passport along with the physical official copy from usa.gov

Hope this will be enough?

We also got a RFE for proof of bonafide relationship

(we had received different perspectives on this regarding too much or too little information.

Received advice that as UK is not a high fraud country we only need to hit the minimum requirements which is proof of having met in last two years)

our packet originally contained
- proof of having met in last two years
- beneficiary passport stamps of my entry into US (passport photo page, stamp page)

-hotel receipts with both our names and payment addresses

-receipts at the same place with both our payments and name

-photos together on christmas and new years, photos with petitioners friends and family.

is there a reason they asked for more evidence?

we have compiled a big file now with:
facetime records
whatsapp messages
gifts we've sent to each other
more receipts
more photos
more selfies together
handwritten letters to each other
declaration of how we met
affidavit of bonafide relationship written by petitioners mother to acknowledge our relationship and intent to marry

Another letter of intent to marry with present date.

Ongoing proof of maintaining a long distance relationship with more gifts sent to one another and continuous facetime call records

I thought all of this was secondary evidence though in comparison to the passport stamps and flight proof ..

We are very confused.

Will be grateful for any advice or insight.

Is there anything else we should be adding ?

There is no evidence of financial support as he does not financially support me at the moment

There are no concrete wedding plans due to Covid-19

There are no subsequent visits due to Covid-19

We explain all of that in the "declaration of how we met".. hope they can understand that it has no been possible to visit since submitting the i-129F

Also added that we communicate in english... even though US and UK primary language is english .. we found this strange it's added.

Unsure if it's due to the fact that my last name is foreign. Hoping that it's just us overthinking there and it's a copy and paste for all RFE bona fide intent to marry

Applying right after wedding - issue?

Hi. My partner and I are getting married in April and are looking to start the CR1 process immediately. We've been hovering in this forum, downloading forms, and gathering documents ready to go.

One thing we've noticed on the forum is that people rarely send the i130 straight after getting married and we wondered if there was a reason. We've been together for 4 years, living together for 3 of those, so we have no concerns of evidencing the authenticity of our relationship, but it occurred to us that immediate filing of the i130 might be a red flag for the NVC that could delay the process.

Any guidance or advice greatly appreciated.

Hi Everyone!

When I apply N400 online, I upload the evidence files.

But I can't view the files when I double clicks on them. It shows errors (encountered an unknown error)

I tried a few different browsers but it still shows the same error. I'm worried USCIS won't see my files if I'm not able to.

Please help. Thanks in advance!

Healthcare worker question on DS-160?

Just filling out my DS-160, and came across this question:

"Are you a healthcare worker seeking to perform such work in the US but have not yet received certification from the Commission of Graduates of Foreign Nursing schools or from an equivalent approved independent credentialing organization?"

I am currently working for the NHS in the UK at a blood donation centre, but I have no healthcare qualification I just got trained in my role once I got the job, I am not a nurse and I have no qualification in healthcare yet. However, I do plan on studying nursing in the USA down the line and plan to work as a nurse there. Since this is a K1 visa though and I am primarily coming to be with my fiance, should I choose yes or no for this question? Thank you!

UK Tax Return for 2021 Year

Hi all,

May be getting ahead of ourselves here in the process but had a tax question. I entered the US last week on Thursday (02/11/2021). I had my last working day on the 10th February while I was doing quarantine in Mexico, but I am still technically employed until the 5th March (basically had 3 weeks vacation which I saved and am taking off). I wanted to know for when my (future)wife and I file a joint tax return next year, will I be required to list my February paycheck, as technically I received salary for days I was in the US even though I wasn't working? Also, the only form I know of as a tax summaries in the UK are the P45 (you get this when you leave, but it lists ALL the money you earned while employed), or the P60 (tax summary of the tax year, April 2020 to April 2021). What's the correct way of declaring my UK tax for the year 2021?

Sorry if this is a confusion question, but thanks in advanced!
