Hi all, Apologies if this topic has been done to death but something I saw on reddit regarding a couple having an RFE as their marriage certificate that they submitted didn't have a "seal". For my online I-130 I submitted a scan of the Certified Copy of an Entry of Marriage document which came from the council. This document has been totally fine for our UK visas but I was wondering, do I need to get and submit a certified copy with an apostille. Want to do as much as I can to reduce the risk of an RFE!

So, we leave for Florida next week, after a long process. I wanted to ask of any experiences with Obama Care enrolment. I'm on an IR1 and spouse is a USC, that is 'moving from a foreign country' to the U.S. We will enrol on our first full day in the county. Of course I will not have my SS Card through, so do I just leave that field blank on the application? I can fill in the Immigrant Visa and I-551 information, which I see is verified through the SAVE system. If arriving into the U.S. and then enrolling so soon, going to cause a problem, will they know about my arrival? Is the system in real time, would this have been updated at the POE the day before? Would you likely be asked to upload a photo of the visa and I-551? As for my spouse, (moving from a foreign country to the U.S.). Has anyone experienced this and what evidence if any was required? Do that take you on your word? We fly together and I have the flight confirmation with both our names and seat assignments etc. Thank you

Hi, I am confused about what is classed as an NOA. I assume NOA1 is the letter saying that the application is received. What is the NOA2? We got a letter saying that it is being processed in January, but I was under the impression an NOA2 is when it's approved for the next step? Sorry if this seems like a silly question but that 'now processing' letter seems to be ages ago, so how long does it take after that for the next step? There hasn't been any update when checking online. Thanks for any information!

| Unsolicited Evidence - Does uploading any unsolicited evidence negatively impact processing time? |

Hi all, Apologies if this has been covered before, I've searched various sites and forums and no answer to me seems concrete but pretty much as the title says. If I upload unsolicited evidence, will it negatively impact my case review timeline? For context, my wife (U.S. Citizen) and I (UK Citizen) submitted our I-130 online in Nov 2024. We were long distance for a few years and then got married and have lived together in the U.K. since 2021. When it comes to evidence for our I-130, I submitted our child's US consular report of birth abroad, 2024-2025 joint-auto, home, travel and life insurances as well as bills for co-habitation, past few yearly UK council tax bills and a document with images of us with family, child & pets over the years. Whilst going through a series of files I have found a bunch of wire transfers, my wife's old UK visa residency cards and insurance policies from over the past few years that I couldn't locate at the time of submitting the I-130. I guess my question is: given the evidence I already have, is it worth uploading these additional items, considering the ambiguity around how unsolicited evidence affects case review times?
