Hello fellow Philippine VJers, To those who have made a ROM and changed their name upon marriage, I have a question for you. In the ROM form where it asks for "Wife" details, where it asks for your Last, First and Middle names, did you all put in your new name? I may have made a big mistake in mine, I just realized that I put my maiden name details on there! Should I have put my new married name on there? Help, I'm panicking a little bit.

hello! I met my fiance on Tinder in Feb 2020, he is a Ugandan national but now a permanent resident of Dubai UAE. I booked a ticket to meet him in person for the 1st time for April but because of COVID trip was postponed until late July. I stayed for 3 weeks and he proposed right before I left in early August. We've chatted every day since Feb and have evidence of call logs and photos from our video chats, my trip, and our engagement party which took place in Dubai with his friends. I want to apply for the K1, however I am concerned because our courtship and engagement have been relatively short time frame ("dating" 6 months mostly online, engaged now 6 weeks). Also wanted to add that he was denied a US tourist visa last year (before we met) due to "lack of strong ties" I plan to visit Dubai again in Dec for 3-4 weeks and wanted to know if I should wait until then before I file the petition so that I have more evidence --would that increase my chances of I 129F petition being approved? Or should I proceed now (late Sept) with what I already have? I'm also concerned because my fiance may need to travel home to Uganda to get some documents (police clearance, birth certificate, etc) and the borders and offices there are still closed. I know the COVID backlog is massive and I want to avoid further delay and get the ball rolling ASAP. Let me know your thoughts
