US Immigration from Uganda

This is just heart breaking. Since July last year the status "At NVC". I have idea the reason behind not resuming immigrant visa process in Nairobi, yet the COVID infection there is way lower than what we have here on daily basis. Confirmed cases in USA: 27,826,812 and Deaths 490,540 as of today. While in Kenya: Confirmed case:103.332 and Deaths: 1,801.

I recall seeing a post on here about a year ago with some information about the best way to call the NVC to get a live person. I used it back then and it worked. I can't seem to find it again.

I'm wondering if anyone else remembers this post and could point it out to me.

I'm trying to get my time line completed and it will not say I am. I try to enter the dates in some areas and it will not expect them and move to complete. What am I not doing to get it done right?
