US Immigration from Tunisia

I need help for this matter please for a friend of mine

He was in a relationship with his ex for couple months but he broke up with her coz they didn t get along together

He met another girl and after few months she came over and and they just start the k1 application

now his ex got mad and she send a letter to the uscis accusing him of immigration fraud.. it s bizarre

would this has any impact on the k1 application

I feel so nervous because I forgot to include the I-864 form in my original CR-1 package when I submitted it.

I recently changed my name after I got my citizenship, I was wondering how will that affect my entry and exit to tunisia since my new name doesn t match my name back my country? Customs in tunisia have this habit of completely dismissing your foreign passport and asking for your father name to pull up your information on their Tunisian system. Im

afraid If they type my new name and they don t get a match they will not allow me to exit the country or get me in trouble. Any thoughts on this ?

Wife has a pending ROC and N-400. Her citizenship interview is Monday morning. She's received nothing that says I, the USC, should be there, but according to this forum it's a good idea. The issue is we will have our dog with us and can't find someone to watch him by then. I'm kinda panicking because even in the letter she received for her upcoming interview it says that the citizen spouse likely will not be allowed in, so if they turn around and grill her about why I'm in the truck and not with her it seems like it would be unfair. Any ideas what to do, or any contingencies they may use like calling me or having me walk in from the adjacent carpark (I would leave my dog in the car for a bit but don't want to for super long). Interview will be in Fairfax btw. Thanks

This is specific to TUNISA. So if there is members from Tunisia that went through this please share your feedback.

Tunisian passport has a different way to fill "surname" then other countries for married women. It will have maiden name + "EP" + last name of the husband. See example below:

Maiden Name: AAA BBB

Husband name: CCC DDD

In the passport will be: Surname AAA BBB EP DDD (which means AAA BBB married to DDD ).

My issue is that in the US immigrant VISA did not do the same which makes passport surname mismatches visa Family name . In the passport they put Family name: AAA BBB DDD . There is no EP)
