We are seeking a K1 Visa and are at the NVC step of the process. Our Translator in Thailand recommended that my Fiance have him also get a Thai Consular stamp on official documents he translates for us. He said that in the past his other clients have done this when applying for US Visas. I have not found any reference to this being required on either the Department of State website or in the packet 3 & 4 instructions from US Embassy BKK. Does anyone have experience with this ? It's a small additional cost but I'm wondering if it's just a money making add on for the Translator. He has otherwise done a good job for us and I would recommend him. Thank You Chris

Others people who got the same date interview already got their passport back. I am so confused now. Anybody has the same experience pls help.

Hello everyone, We filed a single I-751 for my wife and step daughter (listed her as dependent on form) in October and we were approved in February. We just received my wife's card this week. We have not received my step daughters card. I know it's super early to worry about this but I figured they'd send them (cards) together. Was I supposed to file a separate I-751 for my step daughter? AFAIK we only received one receipt number. Was my SD supposed to have a separate number? I paid the extra fee for my SD included in the packet I-751 sent. I put a screenshot of the area on the I-751 that I filled out for my SD. I put her name, DOB, A#, and answered "Yes" to questions 4 and 5. We feel blessed to have been approved, I just want to confirm I didn't mess anything up. No additional interview or biometric appointment was needed apparently. Thanks everyone.
