Hello, For the I-864 is Birth cert and passport required or just passport? To me it says one or the other... The instructions say: For U.S. citizens or U.S. nationals, a copy of your birth certificate, passport, or certificate of naturalization or citizenship.

I'm super confused as to whether or not we submit the I-693 with all the other forms for AOS. Her exam was in june so we are good on the year timeline. What I don't know is how to tell if she has all her required shots? Some of the shots she got before coming to the US say other doses are required after a certain number of weeks. Tdap; MMR both say she should of got a second shot after coming to the US as it says 4-8 wks after the first shot. If she never got those shots does that mean she has to go get the shots now and we need to do a 693?

My Fiancee filed for divorce when he came to visit me in California in 2019. The ex and him agreed about the divorce and was finalized. However in the Philippines since there is no divorce, legally they are still married. During the interview, they took his passport and told him that they need to check if he is single. Do you guys think that there will be an issue with his application for K1 fiancee visa? Thanks, Lyn

Hi Everyone, It's been 15 years since my wife came to the US on a K1 visa, and we couldn't have done it without the visajourney community! Now, in 2021, we're thinking about bringing my wife's sister to the US so we can open a restaurant together. My wife now has her US citizenship, and her sister is Thai by birth, but has Swiss citizenship. Questions: - With our sponsorship, can she immigrate here, work legally, and have a path to permanent residency?
- Can you share a link to this process on visajourney.com?
- How long does the process take?
Thank you!!
