US Immigration from Thailand

My Fiancee filed for divorce when he came to visit me in California in 2019. The ex and him agreed about the divorce and was finalized. However in the Philippines since there is no divorce, legally they are still married.

During the interview, they took his passport and told him that they need to check if he is single. Do you guys think that there will be an issue with his application for K1 fiancee visa?

It's been 15 years since my wife came to the US on a K1 visa, and we couldn't have done it without the visajourney community! Now, in 2021, we're thinking about bringing my wife's sister to the US so we can open a restaurant together. My wife now has her US citizenship, and her sister is Thai by birth, but has Swiss citizenship.

Questions:

1. With our sponsorship, can she immigrate here, work legally, and have a path to permanent residency?

Hello, I am really stressed right now,

I am a k1 filer and i filed AOS in March 2021. I just got a letter for scheduled interview of I485 form on Nov 24th. and my husband who is a U.S citizen and in the military, currently stationed overseas for another 3 years and he will be deployed oh ship around the time of the interview.

I have been doing research, calling USCIS and military help line. none of that was helpful because

- military help line wasn't sure if my interview will be conducted without my husband and suggest to reschedule with military reason.

- USCIS line said that "Try" to appear at the interview and show proof of PCS orders and letter from his command stating that he cant come to the interview and he also mentioned like "if that field office doesn't accept the proof and orders, you may follow their further instructions"

I literally dont know what to do right now..

Has anyone been in this spot?

my wife is here in the US now with me, we filed I-485 about 2 months ago together with I-131.

we got NOA for the I-485 and did the biometrics appointment last week. however we didn't see any notification that we filed a I-131

if we want to travel out of the US, how will my wife get back in? is the I-131 in the INS computer? or is she in need of some kind of paper document?

Wife finally had her embassy interview this morning, everything went good and we expect to get our IR1 visa next week, however I see that foreign nationals traveling to America have to be vaccinated starting November 1st. Does anyone know if this also applies to people with permanent residency (or does she not have permanent residency until she gets to the US and is issued the green card?). Basically we pre-ordered Moderna back in June but of course it's still delayed. If she has to get Sinovac she will, but we're not even sure if the US will accept Sinovac. Does anyone know details on this? We plan to leave December 9th so if we're going to get double-Sinovac'd we need to start ASAP basically.
