US Immigration from Thailand

Hello All,

We are looking at the requirements and packet 3 info before we schedule the interview at Bangkok embassy.

There is a portion that states all documents have to be uploaded to CEAC website before the interview.

Does this apply our I-129F application or is this for another visa?

We received our email from the NVC that our I-129F is in transit to the Bangkok embassy,

Myself and my fianc e have both tried accessing the CEAC website to fill out the DS-160 but have had

errors loading the website no matter what browser we use.

Does anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it?

Hi everyone, I had a friend file my tax returns and I was wondering do I need official transcripts directly from IRS?

She efiled them for me.

I am getting info together to file to bring my sister to the USA on work visa. I have tried & cannot find an employee to do the special work my business requires. Animal handler.
I am not experienced with this & need help please. Of course, I want to follow the laws and do this right.

It seems the H2b would be the right visa. Can someone confirm that or offer different type please.
She is from Thailand. 29 year old single mother who will return as her visa dictates; has a teen-age son there to care for.

Could someone tell me what kind of questions they will ask my Fiance when she has her interview. We filed in March of 22. She is coming from Thailand and her English is not great.
