Lost the I-864 that was uploaded to the NVC portal. What should we do?

I can't find the doc on my computer or a printed copy. I thought I could re download the one I uploaded but doesn't seem to be possible. We are now "Documentarily Qualified" and waiting on an interview -- so a bit panicked that we are now missing a required doc.

AOS & IV fees rejected but was then DQ’d?

Has this happened to anyone else? This morning I received an email from NVC that both fees were rejected. Then like a couple hours later we were DQ d.

So confused.

I paid 2 weeks ago and the payments were cleared. Already sent an inquiry to NVC with screenshots from my bank of the payments. I m thinking NVC has system issues.2140214808_DQemail.png.b27794d89dc60763c235eecc2bb5d157.png2078564522_NVCDQ.png.a97e841ecddb674c211c9604b9ee19e7.png

I was married in Thailand on 4/7/2023 and filed the I-130 online on May 6. NOA1 received same day and on May 8 status is in active review. Looks like Texas will get the case. Hoping for less than 13 months, but we will see. Good luck everyone!

CEAC asking for spouse (beneficiary) AOS info

I believe I made a mistake when submitting documents as our CEAC portal now has my spouse (the visa beneficiary) listed in the AOS section and is asking for documents.

Obviously my spouse is trying to obtain the visa and has none of the required documents (see attached).

What should I do?

601A Evidence Question

One of the arguments I am planning on using for my wife's 601a waiver is related to my father's health.

My father is in his 80's and has Parkinson's. I/we spend a good amount of the weekend at my parent's house helping to take care of him. I would not be able to do this if I were to move to Thailand while we wait out her 10 year bar.

My parents have asked his neurologist for a letter stating his diagnosis, but she says she cannot provide it due to HIPA regulations. (I don't believe this is accurate, but that's a different story...)

Is it acceptable to just mention my father's condition without providing evidence to support it, or should I just leave it out of the letter entirely? Alternatively, my parents could ask for his medical records and include the entire file (though I would rather not do that route)
