Problems with USCIS website

We are 80% finished completing our I-130 online. Just wrapping up the final proof of marriage docs. I logged in this afternoon to attach the files in the relevant spots and I received the error: Unable to upload your documents. Please try again later. I chalked it up to higher than normal traffic or some other tech phenomena that should not be cause for panic. Just tried to login again and was unable. Waited an hour, tried again and was able to login but received this error and I am still unable to upload files.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Does approved NoA2 mean petition sent to NVC? (Merged 2x)

I think everything is probably ok but I want to check.
We filed our I-130 in Aug 2022 and just received the approval notice (which I think is also known as NoA 2, is that right?).

There seems to be some contradictory information.

Our Case Status Page says "nothing is outstanding at this time" and they'll let us know if they need anything.

but

The Approval Notice PDF doc says "submit a copy of this notice, along with a Form I-485".

Do they mean that we should do that right now, or is this just sort of a heads-up as to what we'll need to do down the road (and so we should do nothing right now)?

Also, the visajourney Step-by-Step guide says that the NoA would "indicate... the forwarding of your approved petition to the NVC" but I don't see where our approval notice says anything about that. It acts like the NVS has it, but doesn't say anything about it being forwarded to them - but maybe I'm just not understanding the process. Is the simple fact that we got this document the "indication" that the Guide is talking about?

I've attached screenshots of the bits below. Is there something weird going on, or is this the usual procedure (and so we should just wait for further contact)? If we do just wait, is the next thing expected the "welcome letter" people mention and then the interview preparation packet with its associated To Do list?

Thank you.

Hi there!

This is my first time here. I am the beneficiary. My partner and I just got our approval notice from USCIS. I want to know how long it will take to get a case number from NVC as per processing times now. I have been reading but am still quite confused as to what NVC will require us to submit or do before we get to be contacted by the embassy. Your help and guidance is much appreciated. Thank you in advance to this community.

The K1 visa for my Fiance has been approved and issued. Trying to book the flight from Thailand to Portland, Oregon which will enter the US through SeaTac in Seattle. What i need to know from someone who has gone through the process at SeaTac is how much time is needed to be processed at The CBP location upon entering the country.

Trying to ensure enough time is allotted for a connecting flight to Portland. One flight has a 2 and 1/2 hour layover before the connecting flight another has 3 and 1/2 hours.

Can anyone assist us please. I will be flying with her as well.

I submitted my N-400 in May and received a notification saying no biometrics. Today i received a 797C for case type N-400 Application for Naturalization with a date and time to visit the local office. The notice says to appear before the officer regarding the application.

It says I will be tested on my knowledge of government and history of the US. "You will also be tested in reading, writing, and speaking English."

It says I must bring the NOA, green card, my passport, marriage certificate and spouses birth certificate.

It has only been two months since I filed but this NOA seems to indicate that i will have my citizenship interview. Did other people who received the interview have a notice that said the same?

Thank you
