Needed a certified copy of my first marriage divorce decree for my wife to take to her interview in Thailand next month so I went to the courthouse, paid my $6 for 2 copies and when she asked if I wanted a receipt I said I will take it just as backup for immigration. She then said oh, if this is for immigration you need additional authentication if you are taking the document out of the country. First from my local Secretary of State and then by the US SOS. This is the first time I am hearing about any additional authentication. Did I make a major blunder or is this not relevant to our case? I see where adoption cases require apostille but not spouse visas. I see nothing referencing this requirement on the Thailand embassy instructions.

My wife is concerned that we seem to require a Covid vaccine within the past year. She has already had four shots and some reactions to them. Is this true that she needs yet another one, when we in the USA don't?

hi, my wife's green card never arrived and the USCIS never sent any notification or tracking number or anything. so i filed a I-90, she just dd the biometrics appointment again and now USCIS say it will up to take 16 months to decide if she gets a replacement! anyhow, what's the process for getting a temporary card so can at least travel. and will it really take 16 months? thanks

I go to Immigration Timelines above, and I don't even SEE the I-130 listed. We submitted the I-130 for my wife's sister (my wife is a naturalized citizen) June of 2021 and USCIS website says the processing time for 80% of applications is 49 months at the California Service Center, but as I read it can take 10-15 years to actually bring her sister here. What I am trying to figure out, is what is the step-by-step process after that and how long for each step can I expect? I posted my wife's timeline here listing every single step of the way but I cannot find a sample timeline for an I-130 for her to bring her sister. Can anyone point me to some sample timelines?

Filling out the I-134 for my K-1 Visa. Question 18 asks; 18. Have you previously submitted a Form I-134 on behalf of a person other than the beneficiary listed on this Form I-134? Now in the past I have been approved for 2 prior K-1 Visa/Green Card(s) before. Obviously we since been divorced and neither live in America anymore. Would i need to list thim? If Yes it would a struggle at best to hunt down the dates and A number for each Please advise Thank You
