outside of processing time request

We been waiting since february 6, 2020 for an approval since we got or NOA 1 on our I-130 petition. We was able to request our case outside of processing times february 4, 2020. it said: expect a reply by february 26,2021. Now is march 4th and we still didn't heard anything back. We just started feeling really frustated and dont know what else we can do. We tried to contact them and he wrote a email but no respond. Do anyone know what else we can do at this point?

Hi everyone.

My husband and I applied for the I-130 petition last year 2020 and recieved a receipt number on february 6th, 2020.

February 2021 this year we was able to do a request outside of processing times and they said: expect a reply by: february 26th 2021.

witch is today and we still didnt hear anything back. Do anyone who requested about their case before know how long it takes them to give us an answer? Do the request helps to get approved sooner?
