US Immigration from Switzerland

Pretty much a rant, but also wondering if anyone experienced this and how long before they scheduled anothed visa interview appointment.

So, on Dec. 23 my husband's visa interview was scheduled for the 9th of January. Low and behold this is awful because as we are calling the doctor for the medical exam the earliest she can see him is on the 30th of January! Plus because of the holidays people are om vacation.

Also the doctor is charging an arm and a leg at a whopping 850 chf (~850 USD). So we want this to be a one time thing. Still cannot believe that thia woman cannot squeeze us in for an exam.

The embassy is telling us to try and make it to the January 9 interview. But how is it possible without the medical exam?!

Any advice or thoughts will be great. Hope everyone had a great holiday and happy new year!

Couldn t find a Dec 2019 group, so I thought I d make one

applying this Sunday on the 1st with pending I-751. My office is Tampa.

For the past two hours, I have been trying to fill in the address page. The part where it asks the applicant all the addresses they have lived since turning 16.

My husband has literally moved around the city of Zurich like a nomad and did study abroad programs. I am trying to punch in 12 addresses (some repeating). When I get to the second to last address, the website just crashes on me!!! Meaning I lost everything!!!

Has anyone dealt with this problem? Is it just my internet or what is going on?!

Supposedly, submitting an I-129F to the Nebraska Service Center after the I-130 submission helps to speed up the approval of the I-130. Although it seems, like no one who received an IOE case number (all I-130 s submitted since July 1st 2019) has had their I-129F denied and the I-130 approved yet.

So this forum is for everyone who filed an I-130 (since July 1st 2019), got assigned to the Nebraska Service center, received an IOE case number and then submitted an I-129F (K3).

Please submit the date of

- Your I-130 NOA1

- Your I-129F NOA1

and keep us posted as soon as you get a progress on either one of the forms.

I ll make a spreadsheet to see if there is a pattern.

Hello Everyone!

So, I am starting to fill out the I-864EZ and gathering the documents. Since I took two years off to raise our son, I did not have an income. My husband took care of us financially with his job. Recently I moved back to the states and I am working again. My current annual salary is above the 125% threshold.

Looking at my tax transcript and finding the "Adjusted Gross Income" section, it is lacking by a lot when I enter it into the form. So I am providing my 2017 and 2016 tax transcript too, which is OK....

We are not looking to rope in a joint sponsor because we (more like my husband's bank account in Switzerland) do have the cash value for a family of 3 (5 times what is required) plus my job. Also there is a 70% chance that my husband's job will be relocating him to the USA branch.

As of now, do I upload bank statements of my husband's bank account along with my pay stubs?
