I contacted ombudsman regarding my expedite request with USCIS, on July 12 i called USCIS requesting expedite due humanitarian issues and they asked to send evidence through email , i sent on 21 july but they didn't reply whether they received my evidence or updated my again so i contacted CIS ombudsman and they sent me this email , so has anyone experienced this issue or tried ombudsman

I called uscis on 12th of July and they requested supporting documents, i sent it to them on the 21th of July , no response from them that they have received my supporting documents

i requested an expedite for my son case and i got an email requesting for evidence or supporting documents , my son lost his medical report but we just have a picture , so can i send a letter and just the picture ?

I wanted to know if it s possible to ask for my fianc s passport back. After his interview they placed him under administrative processing and it s been 6 months already. I have emailed the embassy several times and only get auto responses back. Also made an appointment for my fianc to check status in person and they told him to wait. This process has been very stressful especially when you can t plan your life for the future as it falls under their hands. My fianc and I are planning to take a trip since no wedding is happening soon and we wanted to know if it s possible to ask for the passport back without disrupting the administrative processing.

Hello Visa Journey family,

My wife visa was approved on May 2, 2019.

However, I made a mistake when I registered for DHL and put my name on the created account.

Now the visa is ready for a pick up but no tracking number because they want me to edit the name on the DHL account.

I tried to edit but the name part is always grayed out.

What do I need to do?
