Fort Lauderdale: As of May 3, this ASC is open for extended hours until further notice as follows: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Orlando: As of May 3, this ASC is open for extended hours until further notice as follows: 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Tampa: The office located at 5629 Hoover Blvd, Tampa, FL 33634 will be closed on May 6-7. The ASC will reopen on 10 May 2021 at its new location: 4313-17 Gunn Highway, Tampa, FL 33618

So I want to Khartoum ,Sudan and married my sweetheart of 9 years . We applied for a K1 visa several years ago and was not approved .

I need some support from you guys . I am gearing up to apply again for a spousal visa and really don't even know where to start . Any help will be appreciated , even if its someone in the same boat .

Anybody from Sudan or has applied to a spousal visa from there ?

Hello everyone!

I filled for a spousal visa for my husband in 2019. My husband had his Inter with the Embassy in Sudan. The Counselor officer placed the case on administrative processing. 2 months later they sent an email stating the a new sponsor is needed because the current sponsor does not have sufficient income. Although the joint sponsor is making above 100k annually. I found a new sponsor recently, although I m not sure which tax year should I include. Because the the new sponsor has not received tax return for 2020. Is it okay to include 2019 and 2018 only? Or do I need to have the tax documents for 2020?
