We were recently approved for CR1 in Korea and received this placard. Seems they done away with "sealed envelope" aka IV Packet

Has anyone had an experience with activating their CR1 Visa recently at the point of entry?

Any testimonial involving Seattle or Portland POE is really appreciated.

Leaving the US before receiving Green Card w/ CR1 Visa

We are trying to verify some information we found on VisaJourney.

Upon entering the US with CR1, does one still get the I-515 stamp at the airport?

Secondly, with the stamp, is the immigrant allowed to leave the states and come back _without_ the green card up to a year?

The reason we ask is that we may need to head back to the origin country(Korea) before receiving the card to tie up some loose ends.

Lastly, does the stamp still look like this?

Thank you.

For the CR1 interview, should we review answers from the I130 application? Does consulate officers normally bring up things from the application?

We are studying up questions from I-864 and DS260.

Thank you.

My wife has been in the USA for two months now and we still haven't received her SS card. I applied for it while we did the initial application and inputted the address to where I wanted it shipped. Are they behind right now? I was told it would be sent within 4 weeks.

DCF, D-260 completed, no option to pay fees or start I-864

Our I-130 was approved and we were allowed to DCF through the embassy in Seoul, SK. We just submitted/completed the D-260 online a few days ago, but we're a little confused as to the next step. There is no option to upload the i-864 documents nor pay the fees. Since I can't pay the fees, I can't schedule the interview (automated system won't let me). I heard on another post that the embassy will email me? Is this after I completed the D-260? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
