US Immigration from South Africa

Hello, my green card holder wife and I (US citizen who sponsored her) are looking to move soon. Our real estate agent mentioned a possibility that we could have a period of overlap where for a month or two after we buy a house, where we could still live at our apartment while we get the house ready to live in. Am I correct that we would file the AR-11 and I-865 forms after we've started sleeping in and living in the house, and not when we buy the house?

Hello guys, I am new in VJ. My consular interview for EB2-NIW was before the pandemic. 221g issued and all requested docs were submitted just before lockdown. I have been in constant communication with the embassy for any updates. I just received the email below. Please what does this mean. Your inputs will be highly appreciated guyz.

I have 3 children, and my USCit husband has 3 children. We have no kids from this marriage, all kids are from previous marriages.
Which kids do I list in my form? Mine only? All kids? Only ones we made (none)?

Is it necessary to have 2 years worth of shared bank acct statements?? Seems a bit much.
