We live in Detroit and are planning to go to Windsor for the day. Want to confirm LPRs do not need to apply for a visa. we can just enter with GC and passport. Second question, if I don t stay overnight would I need to count this as time outside the US for my eventual N400 application?

Hi VJ fam, I travel extensively for work and I'm finalizing my projects within this month as we are getting closer to K1 finalization. I'm at interview scheduling phase and a slot just opened up at the Johannesburg consulate that I desperately want to book (and probably will be doing so after I write this post - so I am mostly looking for confirmation lol). My concern is that with work travel, I have to be available on short notice to travel to site and there is an off chance that I might need to reschedule my interview appointment - I know, I wish I didn't have prioritize work over being with my love (and waiting so long for this moment!), but sometimes this is unfortunately how the cookie crumbles, so please don't tell me "skip work, attend the interview". My question is - can I book the interview slot and consequently book my medical exam and say for example I have to reschedule the interview - will I be ok to reschedule my interview but still attend my medical appointment? I know this is probably consulate-specific but if you've experienced something like this or just have some wisdom to share, please do! Thank you!

Hi there, my medical was returned to me on k1 entry into the US, now for the AOS- what do I submit? the full original medical or just the copy of the vaccine record that was provided to me by the doctor when we completed the medical in our home country, I m trying to avoid doing another medical in the US as mine are still valid, Thanks

Hi everybody, we keep getting the below note from the NVC: Surname, Name has not entered their name, signed by hand, and/or dated Part 5 on this Form I-864A. Please complete Part 5 and replace this form with a new Form I-864A by visiting https://www.uscis.gov/i-864a. The party concerned has indeed entered their name, signed by hand and dated part 5 of the form. We have deleted it, replaced it, and submitted it 5 times mow to get the same note above. Does anybody know how to fix this or who to speak to? We have tried Ask NVC and we get exactly the same response. Thanks!
