I was looking at the stats for the 10 day period (5 days either side) of our petition approval date (Dec 1). Each of the weekdays, both before and after have had the majority of petitions sent to NVC, however Dec 1 approvals have zero sent. I understand that our petition has not been singled out as everybody with Dec 1 approval is still waiting to be sent to DOS but the majority of DEC 2 and 3 have already been sent. It s like USCIS just skipped over a whole days petitions Am I overthinking this?

We re currently waiting for USCIS to send our paperwork to the NVC. We sent public enquiry forms. The first two times they responded saying that they haven t received the petition yet, but today they responded with . The correspondence submitted is currently under review. An appropriate action will be taken once this review is completed. Is this a standard reply? Is it essentially any different in meaning from the previous responses? I m thinking it may be because I attached a copy of our NOA2 (I-797) this time as it s past the 60 day mark? What do you think? Any advice?

Can anyone tell me which (if any) letters or documents etc are sent to the beneficiary during the whole K1 visa process, from any official entity (ie USCIS, NVC or Consulate). And which carrier/provider do they use? (ie UPS, DHL, USPS etc) Our estimated NOA2 date is approaching soon and I am in the process of moving address and I am terrified an important letter etc is delivered to my old address instead of the new one. I am trying to set up mail forwarding services to the new address but need to know which carriers I should do that with? Has anyone been through a similar process or know the information I am requesting? Thank you ..Joe PS. I am the beneficiary (UK citizen) My fianc e is the USC / Petitioner

I m sure it s all fine, but would value you guys thoughts or opinions. After usps taking our i129-f on a magical mystery tour, it finally arrived at Dallas lockbox. However 1 week later we have not had notification from uscis and usps tracking information is the same . Your item has been delivered and is available at a PO Box at 6:49 am on April 20, 2025 in DALLAS, TX 75266. Is this normal? Should my fianc e (usc/petitioner) not have received a text message by now? Please put my mind at rest lol. Thank you.

My Fianc e (Petitioner/USC - currently in the US) and myself (beneficiary - currently in the UK) are right at the beginning of our visa journey so please go easy lol. We are in the process of completing the I-129F and have read and familiarised ourselves with the process as much as we feel is possible, however there are still a few questions we are unsure of. Please can anyone offer help/advice? Part 2 (Information about your beneficiary)..... Q24. requests details of my parents names etc. Should we put the details of my biological parents? or my adoptive parents? (I was adopted at the age of 12) or can I use either? Q39. asks if I (the beneficiary) have any children. - My daughter is age 19. My belief is that she should be excluded from this section/question as she is an adult, but I believe some laws/rules in the US consider a child to be up until the age of 21 Part 3 (Other information) and Part 4 (Biographic information)..... Am I correct in assuming that at this point, the requested information has returned to being applicable to my Fianc e (the petitioner)? Thanks in advance Joe
