US Immigration from Romania

My fianc e and I just got married after she came here on a K1 visa. We are now working on the I-485 adjustment of status form and I read in the instructions about form I-94. The instructions say that they usually issue this form electronically. Do we need this form for the I-485? Also, we were issued a copy of our legal marriage license by the county. Can we use this, or do we need to obtain the original document for USCIS?

I had my interview on Monday, September 24th (in the morning) and I was given 221(g) pending my medical exam results. He said once they have the results, everything will be fine and they will process my visa.

I called visa medical on Tuesday (Sept 25) and they confirmed they sent my results to the embassy Monday afternoon. My case status went from Refused to Administrative Processing on Wednesday, Sept 26 and has been like that since.

How long does it take till the visa will be issued and sent to the pick up location? Can you please share your timelines with me?

I originally intended traveling thru Doha to avoid quarantine, but Qatar cancelled all flights untill the end of September from Romania.

I found an alternative route Romania-Germany-New York-Knoxville. I know I should be fine travelling through Schngen as a spouse of a US citizen, but will I be able to board my flight to Knoxville or do I have to quarantine in New York?

I just compared with my GP my immunisation record against the required list and I am missing a bunch of vaccines from the list. I would like to do a few before the medical examination. But I am

not certain if everything on the list is truly required? Specifically, i wonder if the Meningococcal one is mandatory? I recently saw another girl s immunisation record who got the OK for the interview and that one was missing for her also but didn t do it. I know that doing the immunisations at the medical exam is very pricy compared to doing it ahead of time. Anyone having a relevant experience with this? (Specifically in Romania?)

Has anyone had their interview recently? How long did it take to have it scheduled from the NVC email that documents were accepted? Just got our email today and trying to get an idea if I need to cancel my vacation next week to travel to Bucharest for the medical exam.
