US Immigration from Poland

Hey all,

My N400 application was rejected today because of my bank declining a payment. I used direct bank deposit instead of a cred card and I really don't know what happens. I have enough money in my bank account and I made sure routing number and account number were correct. I guess my bank declined the payment!?!

What should I do now? Refile or wait for the NOA with explanation of what to do?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to get my Citizenship application done on basis of being married to a US Citizen for 3 years and submitted in a timly manner, but I'm stuck on those questions.

Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason?

I got tickets for talking on the phone while driving, running a stop signs (actually I stopped for 1 sec and the cops pulled me over which I understood why) and back in 2009 when I was out of status I got a ticket for driving without a license, I had to go to court in all examples (except running a stop sign). Do I have to mention all that in that question and provide evidence of paying a fine?

Another question is about my wife's previews marriage. They question asks about date of birth of my wifes previews spouse but she doesnt remember exact date. Do I have to give them a date or can I leave it blank.
