Hey All, I'm trying to get my Citizenship application done on basis of being married to a US Citizen for 3 years and submitted in a timly manner, but I'm stuck on those questions. Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason? I got tickets for talking on the phone while driving, running a stop signs (actually I stopped for 1 sec and the cops pulled me over which I understood why) and back in 2009 when I was out of status I got a ticket for driving without a license, I had to go to court in all examples (except running a stop sign). Do I have to mention all that in that question and provide evidence of paying a fine? Another question is about my wife's previews marriage. They question asks about date of birth of my wifes previews spouse but she doesnt remember exact date. Do I have to give them a date or can I leave it blank.

Hi everyone , Firstly thanks to everyone who shared their experiences and opinion every time I posted some thing to get knowledge on my case. I received my eligibility letter for interview from Warsaw embassy around 3 weeks before. They said to start collecting documents for interview and pay fees but will not provide interview appointment until ban lifted that there are not sure when it`s going to lift. Do I have to pay fees and wait for available appointment or do I have to wait for president proclamation to lift ? My fianc works in USPS as rural carrier which she got job this year in Feb after 10 months of gap from her last job so the last year tax returns are not good, as we have to show tax return of last year, is that going to be a problem ? Also around 3 months before she had an accident on work and got injured in her shoulder, so from last 3 months she is off from duty and is receiving pay checks from United States treasury. Doctor said she cant go back to work until next month and as we have to attach pay stubs with affidavit of support, is checks from US treasury is going to be a problem when consular will check it ?

Hi, We are finally getting to register on ustraveldocs and pay the visa fee and scheduled an interview. I've run into a couple of questions I could use some help with: 1) Do you pay the fee before you register or after you register? (or does it not matter) 2) What do we enter where it says "Priority Date" in the passport data section of the beneficiary's profile? (there is no such date on her passport nor on any other document we have from this process) 3) The "address" area - do we put her address in her country, or my address where she will be living in the USA? (I presume her address in Poland, but the format has "state" as a required field like it was built for the USA - they don't use their states in their post address in Poland. Thanks!

My husband is military , currently deployed. His new assignment starts in August 2021 in Europe. As per visajourney estimations - my case should be approved in September! My case is in Potomac service center. I sent my ROC application in December 2019. I am thinking of applying to expedite the process. What are the chances to be approved ?
