Hello everyone, I'm the beneficiary, I already got my biometrics taken, and now we are moving from FL to CT, I already filed my change of address and I'm helpong my husband to change his address as well since he is my sponsor. So we filed theI-865 for (change of address of US Citizen) so I tried to send it through UPS (ground) to the address shown on the website (for people moving to CT corresponds VT): USCIS Vermont Service Center 38 River Road Essex Junction, VT zipcode 05479-0001 so the UPS lady told me that address doesn't show up on the screen, I googled it and it show the exact same address with a different ZipCode: 05452-3808. So I said ok, maybe the website has a mistake and she said "maybe but if that address doesn't exist you will get the for back to you and no money back. So I came back home and looked in more sources and both address are in various USCIS pages but the one I sent was for Premium Processing Mail and not All Other Mail (I'm attaching a picture). When I google the address shown google corrects me and gives me the same address with the zipcode: 05452-3808. Now I don't know if they will still process it on the right office or I should just sent it to the exact same address on the website. Anyone with the same question?

Both of my parents used to have green cards and both returned them at different times. Can I file to bring them to US again.? I am guessing yes but would like to confirm.

My wife, US citizen, petitioned for her sister for an immigrant Visa. NVC says all paperwork is complete and NVC will schedule interview with embassy in Lima; that was 4 months ago; and she is still waiting for an interview to be scheduled. While I realize they are severely backlogged due to COVID, unlike the VISA bulletin, NVC and embassy are not providing even a vague timeline. Curious if anyone has a sense of the timeline. I realize siblings of US citizens are low in the priority list, but I would be curious to hear timelines for anyone at this point. Thanks!

Hi guys! My car got broken into last night ( alarm was deactivated) and my wallet with my green card was stolen. My green card expired back in Aug 2020 and I had applied for removal of conditions based on marriage back in May 2020. The I-751 has not been approved yet but I went ahead and applied for citizenship this past May 2021 based on 3 year marriage rule. Since my green card was already expired do I really need to file for a replacement ($455)? Will they ask me to bring that to my citizenship/removal of conditions interviews? I have a job that I'm not planning on leaving so I don't really need to have my expired green card for anything. I also have the document stating that my green card has been extended for 18 months and a color copy of the back and front of my expired green card? Can anyone please advise me on what to do? I really don't want to pay the $455 as I just paid the fee for citizenship last monht. Thanks in advance guys!
