US Immigration from Peru

Hi Everyone,

I (petitioner of I 129F) received an RFE regarding two alcohol related citations I received more than 15 years ago which I was not arrested for (underage drinking and possession of alcohol in a state park). I am unable to obtain police records or court records for these citations and I don't recall specific details that are being requested. I was able to obtain a certified letter from the court stating that there is no record for me on file (including the court seal). I also obtained a certified background check from the PA state police stating that I have NO criminal record. I am in the process of writing a statement to the best of my abilities but I am relying on my memory. Does any one have any advice or thoughts on if this will suffice? ( certified letter from the court with stamp seal, background check from PA state police, and notarized letter)

If I recalled something incorrectly in my statement, will I be punished by immigration services and not be able to re-apply for CR-1 spousal visa?

I just discovered 55/15 exception for my mother which she can take the civic test in her native language. Now my question is since has to take an int rpreter to her interview does this interpreter have to be certified translator or just capable of speaking both languages?

My mom is filing for us citizenship, I m trying to help her a bit but I have a few questions.
she s been married for more than 10+ years with citizen husband but she currently is separated still legally married does she still have to show her spouses taxes? They file separately

considering the 10+ plus years she s been a perm resident does she still have to go go through this process with her spouse?

I received an RFE from NVC for Police Certificates for Peru. We submitted only the Certificado de Antecedentes Policiales. What are the other 2 Certificates that we need?

On 3 Feb 2023, I received a DS-260 Review Note in the CEAC Site. I opened it and this was the message:

NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov.

But as you can see below, the CEAC Site shows that I have already submitted all required documents. What does this mean? Are they asking me to re-submit all DS-260 documents. !Please Help
