US Immigration from Pakistan

My fianc and I have a huge age difference. When he went to his interview the counselor officer asked how we met and the interview went downhill from there. The officer never asked any relationship questions he wanted to know how I was able to afford to spend 3 months in Pakistan. My fianc told him and the officer said I don t believe you. The officer questioned how I was getting so much money from social security and pension again he said I don t believe you and my fianc was denied on the spot. When he called and told me about the interview I immediately emailed and asked for a supervisor review and explained why. The request was granted but we have been in AP since March 2022.

My question is if the supervisor denies our visa and we get married can I move to Pakistan and file a CR1 immediately since it s taking so long for USCIS to process them or should I live with him a year or 2 first?

We recieved our daughter's CRBA Certificate but found out that the Mother's name is Misspelled on the certificate .

Name is correctly spelled on DS 2029 and all other documents which we submited but they printed it wrong on the certificate .

( Instead of " N " they printed " M " on the certificate )

If any one has had similar problem can u guide me what to do .

After getting DQ'd, should the expedite email be sent to NVC or the respective consulate? Little confused over this. Would appreciate insight from senior members on this.

Just wondering if anyone has tried or had success with get approval for visitor visa for spouse while waiting for USIC processing. The processing times have increased significantly and I wanted to bring my wife here for a few months while we are waiting for her petition to be approved. What are the chances that she will be granted a visitor visa if we were to apply and get a return ticket showing she has intention of going back. Thanks in advance.

My mother had her ir5 visa interview at islamabad embassy on june 7th. They asked add joint sponsor. I summited everything on ceac. My question is when should we expect visa approval or any kind of response from them now?
