I noticed Vermont Service Center is approving K1 cases with few days both NOA1 and NOA2. I just want to know from someone who is beneficiary of this fast processing to make sure if this correct. Thank you.

Hello. I have applied for the removal of conditional permanent status in Oct 2022,i am going in couple of days for my biometric fingerprint appointment in Indiana. My question is how long will it take after my biometric to get my new green card in indiana. Some people say it 6mos to 2 years, is there anyone get has recent experience of renew his green card in this category of removal of conditional status(cr1)? Please share tell me the time frame to get my new card because i wanted to go to my country for a month and its clashing with my green card stuffs and my country pakistan's airport staffs are most annoying staff in this world, they ask you stupid qs if you dont have a proper GC and just a USCIS issue paper to travel. My father is also US citizen so he has experience this situation. Thanks

Hi everyone, I sent a letter withdrawing my K1 visa on Oct. 21 via certified mail and I got delivery confirmation. However, I logged in this morning to USCIS and it says my K1 case was approved yesterday.

As a background, earlier this year we decided K1 wasn't the right path for us . We got married in his country and now I want to petition for a spousal visa.

What do I do now?

I planned on applying for I-130 in the next few days. Can I still do this? I planned to attach the K1 withdraw letter with my application too. But is that enough?

hey guys my interview for N400 just scheduled on 7th this month and I went to online in account see the interview PDF file but it wasn't there so today on 8th its show up in account but whenever I open the file its just giving me error this {"data":null,"error":{"developerMessage":null,"userMessage":null}} anyone have this problem also and what should I do please advise and help me finally its been scheduled and now this thing.

I have filed my case in 2020 may and received the confirmation on june 2021, now how long it will take to conduct the interview? Its more than 14 months now
