US Immigration from Pakistan

Hello Everyone, I am new to this forum. I am a new US citizen and want to apply for a Green Card for my biological Father. He is currently residing in Karachi, Pakistan. I want to know the process. I tried to understand the process through the USCIS Website, but I want to know more about the steps and the consular process. If someone here has applied for a Green card for their parents, who live in Pakistan, Kindly help me with what documents I need to submit with the I-130 and the rest of the process. I m USA citizen originally from Pakistan.

I got engaged to Pakistani girl in Pakistan. Should I apply her K1 visa now or get married in Pakistan and apply for spousal visa?

I can get married in pakistan but for Pakistanis there is too much back log for spouse visas. The Islamabad embassy is currently send interviews for those with DQ May 2021. So I m estimating it would take 3-4 years. Will K1 visa processing be any faster?

Should it be wise that I apply for K1 visa and postpone the marriage? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

we got married in March 2022 , my age 55 and my husband's age 60 . We both have our own business , so we just opened another join bank account and start deposit amounts on regular basis and paying rent and utilities.

we file for I-130 in June 2022

December 06,2022 we received letter to provide evidence of valid marriage

but all utility bills are under my husband's name as i moved with him - I just got better internet under my name as i work online.

recently we file joint tax 2022 is these enough evidence of valid marriage along with tons of pics and travelling together and marriage certificate

we do not have any health insurance - Although we have Auto insurances

are these enough evidence of valid marriage?

In October 2022, I sent a letter to the California Service Center notifying them that we were withdrawing our K1 application. We decided to get married instead and go the CR1 route. Well our K1 case got approved anyways and was sent to the NVC. In November 2022, we applied for CR1 and I included the same letter withdrawing the K1 with our application. Well, I thought this was all over with but got a message from the NVC today with our K1 case number and next steps. What do I now? How do I officially stop this K1 visa? We are already married and are waiting for the CR1.

I have a question, the F4 visas already take too long to process and now with covid backlog, what happens if a child is close to aging out? Is NVC or USCIS helping with this issue?

Back story, i have a friend who filed for his brother (Pakistan) and his brother has a child that is now 13 years old. The petition was filed back in 2015 and got approved after 4 months now waiting in line. looking at the backlog and visa bulletin they are now processing 2007 cases in F4.
