US Immigration from Pakistan

Hi,

years ago my parents filled asylum and withholding removal, they were give with holding status in the USA . Now I am 21+ I had filled I130 which is approved to file adjustment of status we had to wait to get the immigration judge to terminate the withholding removal which is now terminated as well!!!!

Wanted to know the process since now we have the order from the judge can we apply the I-485

for my parents if so, what are the forms we need to fill out.

just want to know that if forms the only things we needed now trying to avoid the high cost that the lawyers are asking, please help!!!!

My case was recieved in NVC on january 2, 2023

My priority date is October 12, 2021, I have yet to submit one document to NVC . My visa type is IR1/ Cr1, I am from pakistan... I have to make some accomodation arrangements before my spouse comes here to USA . Can someone guide me what is timeline to get an interview at ISL embassy if all documents get accepted by nvc in june 2023? Like how long will it take to get interview after nvc accpetance of documents?

My Mother moved to USA a month ago but still waiting for her Green Card and as per USCIS normal wait time is 90 days. Is there any way I can expedite or reach them to check the status of her card? Thanks,

Hello, my visa category is IR1 and I got DQ in Nov 2021, my current Joint sponsor that I used before doesn't want to upload the 2021 and 2022 tax returns and has given me some excuses my JS submit the tax return jointly and at the time of DQ they request us to submit I864A. Now, I need to submit her husband's I864A but her husband denied submitting form I864A.

I have an interview next month and I don t want any delay in my case, although I am making an amount that also supports my family only problem is that my salary is marginally above the poverty guidelines. I also found a new joint sponsor which is my sibling living with me in the USA.

Can I able to remove my old joint sponsor and add a new joint sponsor which is my sibling on CEAC before my interview?

We submitted new medical and passport for our parents on March 15th 2023 still no news can some one tell their experience how long before they issue visa.
