US Immigration from Pakistan

My wife has a document approval status from NVC. But the case is still at NVC. Can someone tell me how long is it taking right now for a spouse visa case to be transfered from NVC to Islamabad, Pakistan?

I'm helping my friend and his fiancee through the K1 process. She had her Islamabad embassy interview on August 15th and was "Approved" on August 24th, no update since then (three weeks ago today). Immediately after her interview, I verified that the Premium delivery option was selected in her ustraveldocs account and all information was complete. When I logged back in to check the status a week later, there were no delivery instructions at all! They seem to have fallen off her account and also her daughter's K2 account. I am unable to update the account without paying a new visa fee, since it reverts to that step (as though she hasn't yet been interviewed.) I emailed the visa helpdesk and got an AI response that did not answer the question about the missing delivery instructions. Has anyone else experienced this? We are stressing out about both the 3-week delay in issuing the passport and also where it will be delivered, if at all. Thanks for any information!

I have a question in regards to the derivative of a petition of a daughter. My mother-in-law wants to apply for her daughter and she wanted to know whether it is a must to include the husband as derivative or can we just keep it to kids only?

The reason being that her husband is in a polygamy marriage while my sister-in-law is only married to him. She doesn't want to bring him to usa and neither does my mother-in-law want to bring him (they don't like him) and he is not willing to divorce her. It is really bad situation. but she has 2 biological daughters that she wants to bring with her. one is younger than 18 and other is younger than 21. I know the older one might not be able to migrate but the younger can. the husband is willing to let her go but he is not willing to divorce her for selfish reasons.

So can we do that?
