Alhamdullilah alhamdullilah both of my parents got their interview date next month

can someone please guide what are the steps that I need to know and how can I schedule their medical appointment the nearest is Lahore to them

I am from Pakistan, My brother filed F4 case for me in May 28 2015.

I received message that they moved my case to ELIS on July 25 2024.

What is the impact of the same on processing timeline being now processing paperless ?

My daughter is right now 14 years of age until what age.

Is it safe to assume her age brackek is with in my PD.

I was wondering how to travel back to your designated city (let's say if someone living in Shanghai) once submitted passport at Guangzhou embassy after the interview? Or one should stay in Guangzhou until they receive the visa/passport back?

Hello everyone

Yesterday we learned that our case updated to "Issued" for 3/4 family members on our F4 visa case. (Details about our case below)

The derivative applicant that is still "Refused" is the husband of the principal applicant. Using the USTravelDocs helpline, I confirmed that his case is refused for AP. However, we have received no further requests for evidence for his case.

We were however asked to refill DS260s for each applicant on the case a day before the visa got issued.

Today, in fact just now, we saw that our passports got dispatched. Upon further inspection we found out that the refused applicant's passport is still not dispatched.

Please help us. We do not wish for a situation where one of our family members who happens to be a brain tumor patient gets left behind or has to suffer from delays. Any resources such as contacts, information etc. would be greatly appreciated.
