Hello All - This is my husband's account

I (female) came to USA about 3-4 years ago, became a US citizen and filed I130 for my parents. The i130 just got approved and we will be entering the NVC stage

We live in California and have more than sufficient income for affidavit of support purposes. My father has many health problems including dementia and heart issues. my mother is fairly healthy. both are in their 50's - 60's

My parents will be staying with my brother who also lives in California. my brother will be responsible for them financially and all health matters.

What is our best options for affordable health insurance ? Can we utilize medical or affordable care act ?

any advise appreciated

Thanks

Finishing up the paperwork for my parents from Pakistan IR5 from NVC

Have the following questions:

1) I applied for both of my parents I-130 at the same time. Since we have to submit 2 separate I-130 applications for both parents, I have to NVC case numbers as well. For Part 3, question 2, do I check mark the following question?

I am sponsoring the following family members
immigrating at the same time or within six months of
the principal immigrant named in Part 2. (Do not
include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.)

2) My spouse will be a household member on the affidavit of support. We filed married filing jointly tax returns. I just need to fill out I-864A for my spouse?

3) In terms of documents to include, I will be including the following:

-Letters from employers stating salary and position (for myself and spouse)

-US passport

-Last 3 years tax transcript

-Last 6 months pay stubs (for myself and spouse)

-Marriage Certificate for me and my spouse

Am I missing anything else to include?

4) Our income seems to be significantly more than what the poverty guidelines have. Should I still include asset information?

Hi,

I received following email from NVC. (E2-Immigrant Visa)

Any idea about interview date?

This notice is to inform you that your case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at the National Visa Center (NVC) and has been since 26-FEB-2021. NVC has received all of the fees, forms and documents required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview. Your petition is awaiting an interview appointment. At this time, no further action is required. We appreciate your patience.

----------------

The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 60 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview.
