Currently I am working as Trade finance officer in banking sector from last 6 years and having MS Finance Degree. I want to apply for EB2 NIW, should I consult with lawyer or should I process the case by myself.

I've been living with my family in Saudi Arabia as an expatriate since ~2004 and have Iqama, School Fees, Rents/Bills, etc. to prove the fact.

Should I request NVC to move my Interview location from Pakistan to Saudi Arabia? Is it possible? Is it worth it or would it create more issues?

We are currently in the process of getting DQ (Form 1099, and W-2 left).

I've heard the wait for Islamabad, Pakistan is around 2 years long while the wait in Saudi Arabia is 1 year long but am concerned about the No. of Visas given in Saudi Arabia vs Pakistan and all other things like if I'm even applicable for shifting the location.

Any advice?

My mom and dad came to the US and they would like to sponsor their kids one of them is 16 and one is 18 what s the process?
Any piece of advice would be appreciated

Hello everyone,

We are getting ready for the interview. I have 2 questions and need some help. Also my apologies if these questions have already been asked and answered before.

1) We recently had a baby. The original birth certificate was sent away as part of the passport application. Is a child s original birth certificate required or will a photocopy be accepted?

2) Does the i864 form for a joint sponsor need to be filled out again and uploaded before the interview?
