Hello, my visa category is IR1 and I got DQ in Nov 2021, my current Joint sponsor that I used before doesn't want to upload the 2021 and 2022 tax returns and has given me some excuses my JS submit the tax return jointly and at the time of DQ they request us to submit I864A. Now, I need to submit her husband's I864A but her husband denied submitting form I864A. I have an interview next month and I don t want any delay in my case, although I am making an amount that also supports my family only problem is that my salary is marginally above the poverty guidelines. I also found a new joint sponsor which is my sibling living with me in the USA. Can I able to remove my old joint sponsor and add a new joint sponsor which is my sibling on CEAC before my interview?

Hi All, My wife is a US Citizen who filed i130 for me and we got approved in December 2022. Moved forward to NVC and submitted all required documents. My wife is unemployed for the last 3 years and thus $0 income, and have been living with me in Pakistan, and proved her domicile in the US as well. Thus, we used my father-in-law as a joint sponsor, who is self-employed as an Uber driver whose current annual household income falls above $80,000, as reported on i-864. However, his total income reported on his 2022 tax return is around $15800, after cutting all expenses relevant. I received a case Review that this case does not meet minimum income requirement and a joint sponsor MAY be added. Is that message for my wife's income or my father-in-law's income? Furthermore, they are also asking for my FIL's evidence of income, for which I submitted his most current weekly paystubs from Uber, for this year 2023, that easily averages above $80,000 again. Everything else is submitted and accepted. What should I do next? Ignore the review message or get a new joint sponsor lined up? Please help me out, looking for some good advice here. Thanks

It s already said in the petition that the beneficiary resides outside USA. I m about to file this form did you file it as a petitioner or as a beneficiary? and where did you file it?

Hi, I am planning to file for Spouse visa for my wife who is from Pakistan. I know the visa process take long. I was thinking to bring my wife first to Mexico through temporary residency (I already got my temporary residency visa and will soon file for her) so we can live tighter until her US immigrations process is completed. I work remotely so I can work from anywhere, so I was thinking to work from Mexico while her visa is still in progress. The question can I start spouse visa process while she lives in Mexico and once, she gets to the interview stage can she has her interview in Mexico or she would have to fly back to Pakistan.
