US Immigration from Nepal

Hi,

I had my photo albums returned for my i-751 as they were not in the correct format. Where do I send the photos back to in the correct format? Would it be the lockbox in phoenix? (Which is where my i-751 was submitted). They already texted me saying they received my case and provided me the case number too but waiting for the notice to arrive in mail. I am so worried right now. I definitely should have paid attention. Anyone here did not get any rfe or any issues even without absence of pictures. I have sent plenty number of evidences though( tax fillings, bank statement, car title, plane ticket where we travelled together, lease contract, insurances, utility bills, mails came to same address and so on)

I recently became US citizen. I put my Spouse last name in my Naturalization certificate. My DL is still in my maiden name. Went to apply for passport at LOCAL USPS and the agent refuse to take my application. I was told my DL also need to be in my current legal name. I thought I will be able to apply for US passport with just Naturalization certificate but thats not true. I guess I need to wait for my new updated SS card in the mail so that I can get real ID and then apply for passport after that...

However you do need to provide evidences of bonafide relationship. Look into the guidelines in this forum and you will see a bunch of recommendations.

Getting married in Nepal and getting marriage certificate from CDO takes almost a month. so do you think US citizen can visit Nepal and do online UTAH marriage while in nepal and get the marriage certificate. or do online utah marriage when in US and then visit Nepal to meet and spend some time and then later file I130.

I removed my last name and put my spouse's last name in the N400 application.

I don't think because of this I need to have the oath ceremony in court. I called USCIS and they responded to me by email saying " your case will be scheduled for the next available oath ceremony in the court having jurisdiction over your place of residence"

I was thinking I will have normal oath ceremony.

I am in United State on B2 Visa. I applied Adjustment of Status (I-485) and it is accepted by USCIS, But the status is still in pending state. I just recently applied for Advance Parole (I-131) application for Travel document. I am planning to go back to my home country for couple of months. I was going over I-131 filling instruction and I saw one statement there- ' particular problem for people who had been unlawfully present in the U.S. for 180 days or more; and it remains a problem for anyone who is inadmissible'.

Now I am confuse, Can I make a travel to home country because my stay in US will be more than 180 days.
