US Immigration from Nepal

I am student in USA in f1 visa. My wife is processing her I140 for EB3 skilled visa. In that case she can include spouse. Do spouse have to go to his home country with his wife to face immigrant visa interview or can manage here with USCIS?

married to US citizen. filling under 3 yrs rules.

I got only 2018, and 2019 tax return transcript. did paper filling for 2020 tax return. called IRS they told me they received my return and received the check that I owe, they told me because of pandemic they have not processed my return.

anyway can I file N400 online without 2020 tax return transcript or not.

I entered US 3 weeks ago on Immigrant Visa (CR1). I received my Social Security Number few days ago but still waiting on my green card. Am I eligible for US student loan if I havent received my green card yet?

My case status just changed to "interview is scheduled" but I am currently traveling within the States. I could not find the information on the interview date in the online account. Is there a typical timeline for when it might be? Or is that information only in the notice? Is the interview typically the same place the finger printing?

Hi i have looked everywhere and not able to find concrete answer about the K1 AOS filling fee. So my question here is

I am adding EAD and Advance parole application together with AOS. I see AOS filing fee is 1140 + 85 (biometric). This AOS fee includes EAD and AP as well or do i need to include separate money order for each EAD and Advance parole as well. Please help me with correct answer I am really confused and worried.

Also I am filing with in 1 year do I no need to send any documents regarding my medial which i did back in my country for k1 visa interview and hospital didn't give me any document or report they sent it directly to embassy.
