US Immigration from Morocco

Hello, asking for a friend who was selected for dv lottery 2022. The notice letter says he needs to submit DS 260 for him (applicant) and all family members immigrating with him!
my question is if this means he has to only include their information on one single ds 260 (one form per case) or if he is married with 2 kids, they need to submit four DS 260 s? Kind of confusing since the form is too long and 3 years old baby does not have a lot to fill that whole form out!

I attended my green card interview on 2/8/21 which was about 3 months ago. The officer in Hartford gave me a form that showed I supplied everything needed but they still need to hold the case because the officer could not locate my medical files, which he was supposed to have from the embassy. No updates for 3 months. I have submitted inquiries online and mailed letters for updates but no response. My work permit expires 6/1/21 in less than 30 days. I mailed a work permit renewal 1 month ago and no response. I don't have money for a lawyer. I don't want to lose my job. The situation seems so bizarre. What should I do?

What's the best way to get something mailed from Morocco quickly? Should I Fedex or DHL a prepaid envelope to my husband that he then use to send to me? Any personal experience you have would be most appreciated? He's not in a big city. Thanks in advance!

We filed AOS for my husband the beginning of April. I got a new job and we will be relocating to a different state sometime in June or July. Currently, we just received receipt in text form of our applications. I know we need to send in AR11 to inform them of the change of address once we have moved. Is there anything else we need to do?

I m also just wondering how the move will effect everything.

Do we get put to the back of the queue at the new field office? Or does it go based off of our I797 receipt date? Most importantly, I m also hoping it won t prolong his EAD and AP applications. Timeline on this website shows him getting them by Decemberish.

Is it a lot of trouble for CR1 visa holders to get a SSN when you finally arrive in the US if you already have an ITIN? My husband who is still in Morocco is really hesistant to get an ITIN because he said he has heard it causes a lot of problems when you get the U.S. and apply for a SSN. When I looked online, it looked like a fairly simple process, just writing a letter and including a form and the ITIN. Does anyone have any personal experience with this that you could share? Thanks in advance!
