US Immigration from Morocco

Hey I'm Med from Morocco I'm separated with my American wife I'm waiting know for divorce, she sent me a paper that's she wants to divorce too but the court house refused cuz missing apostille, after i texted her about this getting apostille she won't help or just answer me about my msgs, please I need ur help to get divorce or I i can get apostille without her

I just noticed that on our CR-1 my husbands name is missing on the page where it asks for the names of who got married. Also the area he had to complete his info in his native language is missing. Which makes me feel this electronic version on my USCIS account isn t showing our petition exactly how we submitted. The reason I think this is because I completed the visa and I remember specifically my husband doing the native language part. Then he went over the petition to make sure there were not any errors. He s very meticulous so I know he would have noticed. How can I fix this?

So my husband arrived to the US and his passport/visa was stamped 01/15/20. We have an amazing and bonafide marriage. The first day to file the removal of conditions was 10/17/21. The 90th day ends on 01/15/22 which was the expiration of the GC. I placed the package containing the i-751 and supporting documents in the hands of the mail carrier and I have been tracking the package. I shows that the package left on 01/15/22 and is now in Arizona.

My lateness was because I thought I had more time, I have been so lost in what day it is, dealing with issues at work, etc. My life has been a bit hectic, but I realized my error and quickly put together the package and out the door it went.

Question. Is the filing considered late even though it was sent on the 90th day.

Should I prepare a letter on why it was filed on the 90th day?

Should I want to see what they say?

How long does it take to know if they are rejecting it?

What does the question in I-130A "Provide your last address outside the United States of more than one year (even if listed above)" mean?

Are they asking to provide the address where my wife lived for a duration of more than 1 year outside the US? So, should I skip her most recent address if she resided there for less than one year?
