| Will Ending School Scholarship in New Country Look Bad? |

Hey everyone, My fiance lives in Turkey and has a scholarship for school. That is the only way she has residency there as she is originally from Morocco. Will it look bad for her to stop going to school there and continue the residency? She is only a year into her 4 year program and it is not something she wants to continue or that will be related to her future US job potentially. I know that visa interviews can sometimes ask about situations like this. If she was living in Turkey for the purpose of school and stopped going while living there then I'm worried it could raise red flags. She would have to do internships that would be time-consuming and pointless for hospitality jobs and they would be completely unpaid if she continues school. We met while she was still living in Morocco and she came to school about a year later in Turkey. Her attending school now creates unnecessary work, doesn't have an end goal, and takes time away from our schedules and potential other career internships she would actually be interested in. I know she could move back to Morocco but our interview will be scheduled in Turkey as the paperwork is now (still waiting on the NVC, our initial petition did get approved though) Advice is appreciated

https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2022-09-09/pdf/2022-18867 the new rule goes into effect December 23, 2022 for petitions dated on that date or after its 168 pages of read and i have read and reread as it's like all other legal documents a hard read /goes back and forth from the 1999 rule to the 2019 rule to this new one what i do get out of it is the following Under the INA, noncitizens are inadmissible and therefore (1) ineligible for a visa, (2) ineligible for admission, and (3) ineligible for adjustment of status, if, in the opinion of DHS (or the Department of Justice (DOJ)) or consular officers of the Departments of State (DOS), as applicable),2 they are likely at any time to become a public charge.3 While the statute does not define the term public charge, it does provide that in making an inadmissibility determination, administering agencies must at a minimum consider the alien s age; health; family status; assets, resources, and financial status; and education and skills. 4 The agencies may also consider an Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA submitted on the noncitizen s behalf when such is required. bottom of page 4 into 5 details the non citizen'd health, family, assets, and education and what will determine "totality of circumstances the September 9, 2022 final rule for Public Charge Ground of inadmissibility makes an attempt to define "public charge" page 5. DHS is amending 8 CFR 213.1, relating to the acceptance of public charge bonds. With these amendments, DHS is: Adding a new paragraph specifying that USCIS may invite adjustment of status applicants who are inadmissible only under section 212(a)(4) of the INA, 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(4), and whose applications are otherwise approvable, to submit a public charge bond in USCIS discretion and clarifying that USCIS will set the bond amount and provide instructions for submission of the bond; Modifying the existing

Hello, I applied for citizenship, and things went quickly. Within two months from submitting the N400 online, I had my interview. My appointment was at 8 am and I was readier than ever. When the officer allowed me in, they began rather quickly, and neglected to have me do the oath. It seemed this person was in a very bad mood with an alarming negative attitude, but that was and is out of my control. I concentrated on me and answered all questions. Surprisingly, I was asked to do the oath after the interview...??? Confusing, but what do I know. I was excited to hear the good new, but not so fast! The officer handed me a piece of paper stating I failed the civics test, instructing me to come back within 90 days, and ushered out. Now, some 2 weeks later and nothing, nada on my profile website, and nothing in the mail. What do I do? Anyone went thru this experience before? I d appreciate any advice or input. I am just confused and disappointed. Do I make the appointment again? will they email or mail me, or update my online profile? Thank you in advance.
