US Immigration from Mexico

We are getting ready for the K1 visa interview at the consulate. One of the required form is I-134. I have couple questions when filling out this form.

1. Part 3, page 4, Question 26a. The question asks "I have submitted a visa petition(s) to USCIS on behalf the following persons." Do I list my foreign fianc e's name here? I also did a visa petition for my ex-wife 15 years ago. Do I need to list her name under this question too?

2. Part 3, page 4, Question 26a. If part 2 already asks for beneficiary's name from this financial support, what is the point of asking this question again in Part 3? Is it redundant?

3. Part 3, page 4, Question 38. I <intent / do not intent> to make specific contributions to the support of the person(s) named in Part 2. I will support my fianc e when she arrives. However, there is no specific amount that I am going to give her. If I choose "do not intent", will this answer affect her interview? If I do not intent to make specific contributions, does that mean that she has to support herself financially? I don't know what's the best answer here.

So December 10th we received our NOA2. I have emailed NVC a few times and received our case # and invoice #. My fianc has filled out the ds-160. Attempting to login to the ceas website it shows the same thing over & over that we need to fill out the ds-160. Is the only thing we can do is to wait for our welcome letter in order to have a account to submit forms and pay the fees?

Hello Visajourney friends!

I recieved in April my Green card after adjusting from K1, i was recently offered a Job, and they are telling me I will go trough a background check.

I was deported before I applied for a K1 Visa, my removal was waived and I have no other issues, but I was wondering if my deportation will show at the background check and if it shows, if you believe this will be a cause of they revoking me the job proposal?

what do you think should I be worried?

Hello all! I'm trying to gauge how much longer we might have to wait for an interview. We are applying for an Ir1 spousal visa (green card), and as of May 13, 2020 we were Documentarily Qualified at the NVC and just waiting for an interview in Ciudad Juarez. I'm wondering about people who have been given appointments in Juarez, how long was your wait time from when you DQ'ed to when they scheduled your appointment? Thanks in advance!
