US Immigration from Mexico

Hello everyone,

So I finished submitting all of my documentation in May 2020. I put myself down as my husband's sponsor at the time but my financial situation has changed since then. I would now like to put my father down as a joint sponsor in order to fulfill the financial requirement. Am I allowed to bring a new I-864 form to the interview with my father added on as a joint sponsor? I would really appreciate some help, thanks!

My CR1 case has been with the NVC since July and everything paid and ready for interview since October. Anyone know how far backlogged juarez is with scheduling appointments?

Hello Everyone

My husband and I got married in October 2020 and want to file for adjustment of status soon but he hasn t done any taxes in the last couple of years because he wouldn t make enough to report I guess, but now we have a small business with the help from his dad that is going to be our sponsor, does my husband need his own taxes file to apply or the sponsor taxes are enough to start.

I have also overstayed my tourist visa and never file tax before. We ve been together for almost 5 years, never really had a real job with a paycheck and I don t have my itin. thank you in advance I know is a difficult question hope someone can answer me.
