Hello Friends. I am trying to upload documents to the CEAC site for my husband's visa. I can't get any files to upload correctly. I've verified my sizes are below 4 MB (the currently reported limit). I'm uploading PDF's. I have seen the following two errors: - Affidavit of Support Document (I864): Invalid Image Detected Note: I was uploading a PDF when I received this message.
- Select FORM I-864 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT: Webservice unable to scan file
I've tried all the tricks I can see online - compressing, printing as PDF. Nothing is working. Is anyone else having this issue currently? Please reply. I want to get an idea of how many people are being impacts. 2_20_07p.m..thumb.png.2e3b0d81354965b30f00f923a60b6acd.png)

Hi, I m an LPR and was convicted of a misdemeanor DUI back in Nov 2022. My arrest happened Sept 2021. My probation should be over this Nov 2025 and I plan to apply for citizenship right after (yeah I know the GMC look back period but figured I could try still? I m not an alcoholic, started a business since then and I m actively involved in my community with volunteer work). Anyway, I have traveled outside the country after my conviction and have had to go through additional screening with no issues but with the new administration and all their efforts for deportations, I m worried about traveling. Is it a good idea to travel outside the country or should I avoid it? For context, one trip is a family vacation and other is for work.

Hello, We are currently working on the i864 form and we want to use assets only because at the time we have zero income but we have enough liquid money to utilize per the requirements. (savings, checking's accounts). we have bank accounts in the USA and in Mexico. For the USA bank accounts, how many bank statements should we submit? the i864 does not specify. For the Mexican bank accounts, how many bank statements? and the main issue is the translation from spanish to english for the mexican accounts. Thank you!

Hi All, I'm in the process of applying for Global Entry for my wife who is a LPR. She took my last name when she gained her status but her current passport (from her home country) still shows her maiden name. On the "Profile Info" section, it states: Please use your full name as it appears on your passport (if you have one). If a second or middle name is included in the Given/first name on your passport, it must also be included here. This is fine, but in the application it asks for your permanent resident card information as well. Her last name on her card is different as she took my name when we married. After inputting that information, we receive this message: The name or date of birth entered on your U.S. Passport or Permanent Resident Card, does not match the Profile on this account. Does anyone have experience exiting this loop? It specifically states that the information given must be exactly as it appears on the document so I'm not sure what to do here. Thank you in advance!

| How do you know if it's a combo interview I-751/N-400? |

Just filed my N-400 under the 3 year marriage rule. I have a pending I-751 removal of conditions. I filed with a lawyer. She did state on the cover letter that I had the pending I-751, which I read is the signal to USCIS to adjudicate them together, if possible. How will I know if my interview is a combo interview? Will it be explicitly stated on the interview notification letter? My plan is to bring my wife to the interview regardless, but as some of you might know, they're very strict on who can come into the USCIS building. I will of course be prepared in case they don't allow my wife in, but I was curious about what people that have had the combo interview and what their experience was.
